Introduction
This page lists web proxies, grouped by country, with their speed to download a 1MB file of random data, relative to the time to download the same file without a proxy; i.e. bigger numbers are better.
The 1MB file is the file of the day at http://www.random.org/files.
Beware: if you are looking for a proxy in a certain country in order to access streaming TV services from that country, then it is still possible that the content provider blocks access from that proxy; i.e. these lists may not help you!
